About Me
I launched Yablonka Law because I wanted the freedom to build the kind of authentic, deeply personal relationships that I believe are at the heart of every successful legal experience. In my view, true client success, happiness, and comfort all stem from a foundation of trust and connection. I’m passionate about representing individuals, families, and businesses of all sizes—and I approach each case with genuine care, clear communication, and unwavering commitment.
I bring to my clients over a decade of experience from nationally ranked law firms, where I focused on a range of practice areas including antitrust, intellectual property, and business litigation. I’m a two-time graduate of the University of California, Berkeley: I earned my law degree in 2013 and my BA in History, with High Honors, in 2009.
I am fluent in Spanish and am proud to welcome Spanish-speaking clients to Yablonka Law.
Estate Planning
I created Yablonka Law’s Estate Planning practice in direct response
to a need continually expressed by my Orange County community: for the comfort
and peace of mind that comes with knowing you have a plan in place for your health
and finances should you become unable to communicate your wishes, and that those
you love will be in the best possible position after you are gone.
Along with expertise and efficiency, Yablonka Law brings a relationship-centered
approach to estate planning. I find joy and deep satisfaction in getting to know my
clients, and through those relationships, advising clients on the strategies that best fit
their unique situation.

Fractional General Counsel
Yablonka Law is proud to serve as fractional (part time)
general counsel to California businesses that have a regular (or even semi-regular) need
for legal work but who do not have a full-time general counsel on staff. This service is a
great way for small and medium sized businesses to have access to counsel that will gain
an in-depth understanding of not just the business itself, but also the business’s
priorities, areas of potential exposure, and risk tolerance.
Antitrust
Though often thought of as the purview of large law firms, lots of antitrust
work can be handled competently, creatively, and cost-effectively by the right small
firm. To that end, I have an extensive background in antitrust litigation, counseling,
and training, and was recently named a “Rising Star” in Antitrust Litigation by Super
Lawyers. This experience makes me well positioned to determine whether Yablonka
Law would be a good fit for your antitrust matter. And should your matter require the
sort of staffing only a large law firm can provide, I am happy to provide referrals to
some of the best antitrust lawyers at large law firms in the country.
